CC Restoration Contents Lead Technician in COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado

Lead Technicians must arrive by 7:30 a.m. Time can be job-based, and the schedule must be adhered to on a day-to-day basis based on industry needs. If you are late, notification must be made one hour or more before the shift start Uniform Expectations: 1. CC Restoration Provided Uniforms a. 2 CC Restoration Shirts (Long or Short Sleeve) and 1 CC Restoration Hoodie (1st hoodie 50% off) b. All other CC Restoration gear is paid for at employees' expense after providing an initial set. 2. Black, Dark Grey, or Khaki colored jeans or knee-length shorts a. NO SWEAT PANTS, LEGGINGS 3. Closed-toed shoes (Preferably black or white) Daily Job Responsibilities: 1. Review projects with the PM and Division Manager in the morning upon arrival and ensure all paperwork is appropriately signed/filled out before job site arrival. Please ensure all technicians follow proper procedures in and out of the field. 2. Ensure team morale is high and positive throughout each project. 3. Communicate project needs and concerns to all parties, including the division manager, project manager, and office project coordinator. 4. Ensure job spending is tracked and turned into finance by the end of each day. 5. Accurate job site documentation (Detailed later on) a. Proper photo documentation throughout all phases b. Accurate job-specific paperwork c. Customer concerns and needs 6. Efficient use of company software a. DASH b. CompanyCam c. Alacrity d. Brightserv e. Contractor Connections f. Xactananylsis g. On-Site Job Responsibilities 1. The lead technician is expected to lead by example and set the tone, attitude, and work ethic for the technicians (i.e., "hustle") 2. Ensuring vaults are on the warehouse floor before the crew departs for the day. 3. Ensure technicians have correctly and accurately loaded all materials, equipment, and supplies for the day utilizing documentation provided by the project manager. 4. Approaching customers to ensure all documentation is acquired before beginning any work. 5. The lead technician is responsible for any assistance with on- and off-site training for all technicians. Ensure that techs are learning and being guided toward understanding basic restoration and clean-up protocols. 6. Maintain constant and daily communication with the technicians on site, ensuring that all situations are handled promptly and effectively. 7. Ensure proper photo documentation is acquired for all project phases, i.e., pre-pack out/pack-back, prior damages (personal property or structure), daily pack out/pack-back (beginning and end of day), post-pack out/pack-back, Non-Salvageable, and PPE. 8. Ability to relay Non-Salvageable vs Salvageable expectations per loss type and circumstances. 9. Provide on-site communication with homeowners to ensure concerns, needs, and expectations are met. 10. Ensure all technicians are in proper uniform and keep a clean job site appearance. 11. Ensure technicians have properly and safely loaded and unloaded all personal property from the job site to the warehouse for storage. 12. Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement to supervisors. Warehouse: 1. Daily cleaning and organization of supplies and equipment will be expected. Ensure that the other divisions and technicians understand where everything goes per division. 2. Lead Technicians are required to communicate low supplies and equipment to either the PM or the Contents Div. Managed to ensure the job ran smoothly due to low supplies/equipment. 3. Communicating with the Fleet/Warehouse Manager Any maintenance or repairs of vehicles and equipment when needed. Vehicles will be kept clean, organized, free of trash, and maintained on a daily basis. Thi includes ensuring all trucks are locked front and back before leaving for the day. 4. Cleaning With this skill, all contents personnel will be able to consistently handle and restore glass, clothes, wood, and other personal belongings. They should handle them carefully to avoid damaging homeowners' personal properties. a. Ensure all technicians are trained in CC Restoration and Industry standards for personal property restoration. 5. Assist in cleaning duties for all loss types and general warehouse maintenance when necessary. 6. Ensure that vaults, OS, and Textiles are tracked daily using Google Docs to ensure efficient warehouse and job flow. 7. Relay textile needs, including drop-off and pick-up, to the Project Manager to ensure efficient job flow.

Office Responsibilities: 1. Email customers detailed breakdowns of job site progress. 2. Provide the Project Manager with all necessary job documentation
