Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team in Colorado Springs, Colorado on a temporary basis. This role involves processing daily invoices, handling billing inquiries, maintaining customer accounts, and performing various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of all Accounts Receivable functions

• Process and distribute account receivable invoices to customers on a daily basis

• Handle customer inquiries concerning account status, billing concerns, and payment applications

• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging report and support collection efforts on outstanding invoices

• Apply received payments and balance daily deposits accurately

• Perform various General Ledger month-end close activities, including the preparation and review of journal entries

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure that ERP system bank records are consistently updated

• Record and reconcile inter-company activity and prepare multiple account reconciliations

• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and adhere to internal controls

• Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficient in using CRM systems

• Experience with Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Ability to manage Cash Activity

• Experience in Cash Handling
