What are your contributions to the team?

• Define strategies and inspection plan.

• Ensure the process is respected

• Optimize the change management process.

• Define, implement and ensure documentation and compliance with metrics and reports.

• Ensure the flow of non-conforming material

• Lead new improvement projects

• Participate in standardization and production control strategies

• Implement mechanisms that ensure the conformity of the product and processes, in accordance with established standards and regulations.

• Contribute to the analysis of non-conformities reported by client, ensuring that there is PSS activity, closing all actions and avoiding recurrence.

How to thrive in this role?

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality function (aerospace, automotive, manufacturing or electrical industry)

• Graduated in Bachelor's/Professional Engineering in Aeronautics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.

• Intermediate English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)

• Problem solving skills, management of continuous improvement tools, as well as quality tools.

• Knowledge and handling of measuring equipment and instruments (length, weight, torque, roughness), as well as interpretation of drawings and GD&T.
