In your role, you will

• Collaborate with IT project teams, stakeholders, and business sponsors to develop and deliver change management strategies and plans.

• Identify potential change impacts and risks, evaluate readiness for change, and manage knowledge transfer to facilitate the transition of individuals and teams to a future state.

• Create and execute plans to reduce resistance to change, improve communication, and ensure business and project alignment.

• Create effective communication plans to keep audiences informed about upcoming changes.

• Nurture strategic relationships with key business sponsors, leaders, and employees.

• Establish metrics to measure change success and effectiveness.

• Generate reports and documentation related to change initiatives progress and status.

• Coach IT project and business resources on change management practices.

• Design and facilitate training programs

As our ideal candidate

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizational change management,

• You hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• You have an in-depth understanding of manufacturing business environment and related processes and of organizational / human issues associated with business process changes.

• You have a demonstrated track record in effective project management.

• You have change management experience with SAP projects/ experience partnering with IT teams

• You have a previous IT solution implementations experience

• You are fluent in French and English.
