Job Title: Engineering Lab Technician

Job Description

Perform various mechanical testing on automotive parts and products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical testing on automotive parts and products.

• Utilize metrology and dimensional inspection techniques.

• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and laser scanners.

• Ensure accurate calibration and measurement of mechanical components.

• Work in a manufacturing environment to support engineering needs.

Essential Skills

• Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a similar field of study/technical school.

• Proficiency in metrology and dimensional inspection.

• Experience with CMMs and laser scanners.

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a drafting/designing position with a desire to transition to a more hands-on role.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00
