Oversee the product development cycle, engaging in initial research and the development of both mechanical and electrical components for electronic fuel pumps. Responsibilities include designing, drafting, inspecting (machined parts), producing, and evaluating aftermarket fuel pumps and their components. Additionally, design and execute tests for PCBs and micro-controllers utilized in pump controllers. Lead efforts to automate daily assembly and manufacturing processes for current fuel pump models. Enhance existing designs through the use of optimization software, such as ANSYS and SolidWorks Flow Simulation.
