Project Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical and plumbing systems. This individual will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:

``` - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. - Collaborate with teams to ensure mechanical and plumbing systems are installed and maintained according to specifications. - Write RFI's (Requests for Information) and assemble submittals. - Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. - Work closely with team on OandM (Operations and Maintenance) and closeout documents.

``` - Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
- Ability and willingness to learn Trimble Project Sight and Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience working with RFIs, submittals, and blueprints.
- Ability to follow set working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (no exceptions).

- Starting pay: $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
