Capital Farm Credit EVP Chief Digital Officer in College Station, Texas

Description/Job Summary

LOCATION:

  • This position will be located on-site at the CFC Headquarters in College Station, Texas.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

  • Master's degree in information technology management, Business Administration, or a related field.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, with at least five (5) to seven (7) years in a senior leadership role, demonstrating a strong track record in leading digital strategy, innovation, and transformation within the banking or financial services sector.

  • Deep expertise in digital technologies, fintech trends, data analytics, AI, and customer experience design.

  • Excellent business acumen, strategic insight, and communication skills, with proven success in spearheading digital initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.

FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the association's business objectives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences.

  • Identify emerging digital trends, evaluate their relevance to the banking industry, and lead the adoption of innovative technologies.

  • Spearhead initiatives to transform the customer journey by enhancing digital offerings, creating personalized experiences, and optimizing omnichannel interactions.

  • Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that digital solutions meet evolving customer expectations while ensuring security and compliance.

  • Lead the development of innovative digital products and services, collaborating with product teams to deliver solutions that address customer needs, employee needs, and market demands.

  • Explore and implement fintech partnerships or collaborations to enhance the association's digital product portfolio.

  • Utilize data analytics, AI, and machine learning to derive actionable insights, drive data-driven decisions, and optimize business processes across the organization.

  • Drive digital transformation projects across various business units, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with strategic goals.

  • Oversee the modernization of internal systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and agility.

  • Partner with the Chief Information Officer of Farm Credit Bank of Texas (FCBT) and cybersecurity teams to implement comprehensive cybersecurity measures and compliance standards across digital initiatives, ensuring the protection of customer data and privacy.

  • Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with external stakeholders, fintech firms, and industry leaders to explore collaborations that advance the association's digital capabilities.

  • Build and lead a high-performing digital team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • Mentor and develop digital talent, promoting professional growth and expertise within the team.

  • Leads the Consulting, Infrastructure & Support, and Information Security Teams.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and managing talent effectively.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure digital initiatives are secure and compliant.

  • Skills in managing and guiding organizational change during digital transformation efforts to ensure smooth adoption and implementation.
