Shift

You will work 5 days a week and have 2 days off (must be comfortable with working any day during the week Monday – Sunday)

Shift - 11am – 7:30pm, 8am – 4pm, 7pm – 3am

Description

Cargo Agent

Pay

$17.50/hour

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload cargo from aircraft, trucks, and other vehicles.

• Sort, stack, and organize cargo in warehouses and storage areas.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other cargo handling equipment.

• Ensure accurate documentation of cargo, including weight, dimensions, and contents.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

• Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling operations.

• Perform air marshalling, involving visual communication between ground personnel and pilots.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

• Experience with warehouse inventory, sorting, loading, packaging, and general labor tasks.

• Ability to unpack and repack cargo containers for distribution and loading onto planes.

• Ability to assemble and break down boxes.

• Ability to pass TSA/Homeland Security check and a non-DOT drug screen.

WORK ATTIRE

• Steel toe boots are required for employees that exit the warehouse at any time

• It is recommended that all employees just wear steel toe boots (must be above ankle)

• If just working in warehouse, not required to where the steel toe boots, just boots.

• Jeans, cargo pants or cargo shorts (to knee) are acceptable

• No rips, tea
