ManTech Senior S&T Analyst in Coffeyville, Kansas
ManTech is seeking a SBIR Analyst to provide detailed support on various aspects of MCSC Science and Technology (S&T) as well as Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) efforts for the MCSC Deputy Commander, Systems Engineering and Acquisition Logistics (DC, SEAL) team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participate in Integrated Product Teams/Working Groups. Develop agenda, coordinate with all briefers, collect and collate all briefing materials, meeting invites, open phone bridges, write and distribute meeting minutes.
Coordinate with MCSC Advanced Technology Integrators (ATIs) to collect and validate requirements, status, and funding information for SBIR efforts in the Program Management Offices (PMOs) domain as assigned.
Strategic Planning, stakeholder coordination and technical reporting for the highest level within the Command.
Coordinate with personnel external to MCSC (e.g., Office of Naval Research) to obtain, update, consolidate, present, and produce reports containing program and effort-specific information for DC, SEAL SBIR Lead.
Provide engineering and analytical support, as well as technical, programmatic, managerial, and administrative assistance to DC, SEAL SBIR Lead.
Conduct technical analyses and develop processes and products to ensure that material solutions acquired by MCSC are advantageous to the warfighter and the Command, and that developing technologies are captured and matured for integration into PoRs to fill current and anticipated capability gaps. End users include stakeholders at MCSC and CD&I as well as warfighters.
Provide analysis of S&T requirements originating within OPNAV as well as coordination with CD&I.
Assist MCSC with collecting and assembling annual S&T requirements based upon S&T gap lists and input from Science Advisors and the acquisition community. Work closely with MCSC ATIs, who are embedded within acquisition program offices, to ensure that S&T Objectives (STOs) are sufficient in type and content.
Function as lead liaison between MCSC Leadership, ATIs, and key S&T participants both internal and external to the Command (e.g., MCCDC, MCWL, ONR and others).
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and at least 15 years of related experience supporting USMC or similar systems and shows increasing levels of responsibility. Additional 5 years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
At least 10 years of experience leading analysis efforts on highly complex problems or mission specific operational problems, directing technical teams on operational and/or developmental projects throughout system life cycle (development of requirements to final delivery)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project)
Security Clearance Required:
- Secret with the ability to obtain Top Secret
