Job Title: Technician

Job Description

We are in search of an experienced full-time Technician to manage and oversee inventory, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of generator, electrical, automotive, and mechanical equipment and systems. This role also involves response disaster operations. The Technician will ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely, adhering to all company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of generator, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

• Be trained and proficient in deploying and operating all generator, electrical, and mechanical equipment.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with all generators, electrical, and mechanical equipment using diagnostic tools and techniques.

• Repair or replace faulty components and systems.

• Install and configure new equipment and systems as required.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest industry developments and technologies.

• Perform other duties as necessary.

Work Environment

This role is based in a non-climate controlled, open air production facility located in Coconut Creek, which is a very large manufacturing facility. The schedule is 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, with 5-15 hours of overtime available. Weekend work may be required occasionally, but primarily involves staying later.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coconut Creek, Florida.
