JOB SUMMARY
Ability to follow customer specifications/work instructions.
Be competent at removing and replacing a wide range of SMT and thru hole IC packages, including DIL, BGA, QFP.
Ensure all work is completed to customer specifications and requirements.
Computer literate.
Knowledge of ESD
Assist in training of team members ensuring best practice.
Ability to problem solve.
Technical Knowledge.
At least 3 years in PCB production.
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. IPC7711/7721 would be advantageous
Use of fine tools and microscopes.
Hand soldering to J-STD-001
