Abraxas Academy Program Director in Coal Township, Pennsylvania
As the Program Director, you will oversee daily operations with a particular focus on ensuring the safety of the residents, staff, visitors, and communities we serve while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as per the State, PREA, referring bodies, MCO's, and COA. The job environment is fast paced and results oriented, necessitating strong ability to multitask. The core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education/Experience
Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's degree plus supervisory experience will be considered. Specific training and/or experience with adolescents is required. Clinical knowledge and experience preferred.
Certificates and Licenses
Valid driver's license.
