Job Title: Process Technician - Up to $28/Hr!

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Process Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds, ensuring that all machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds.

• Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.

• Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts.

• Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.

• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.

• Repair or replace defective parts, lubricate and clean machines.

• Start machines to test their performance.

• Repair electrical equipment and control systems.

• Maintain records in compliance with applicable quality procedures.

• Conduct plant-wide safety checks on equipment.

• Complete maintenance request forms.

• Complete preventive maintenance and update PM books once work is complete.

• Follow safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations.

• Complete requisitions with proper approvals for maintenance items needed to repair equipment.

• Ensure timely completion of all maintenance repairs to machinery and equipment.

• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on all auxiliary equipment and tag with completed tag.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED.

• 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting injection molding.

• Experience with preventive maintenance.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding.

• Experience with quality control inspection.

Work Environment

This position operates in a non-climate controlled environment. The shifts are Monday through Friday with additional work on Saturdays. There is a $2 shift differential for the second and third shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clyde, Ohio

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
