LifePoint Health Lead Clinical - Mtn Spine - FT - Days in Clyde, North Carolina
Under the supervision of a physician or nurse, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes inpatient condition. Documents patient care given. Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.Maintains examination areas.
Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, andpatient registration.
Minimum Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Minimum Work Experience Previous medical experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must beable to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire Licenses: Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant within 6 months of hire.
