Emerson Team Leader Project Documentation Administration-24 months in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania
The Project Documentation Team Leader will lead the Project Documentation team, taking full responsibility for team performance, ensuring speed and quality of deliverables, and acting as the primary point of contact for documentation activities across the European structure. This role also includes developing team members, enhancing satisfaction and retention, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Team Functional Leadership:
Serve as the first point of contact and resolution point for internal and external customers;
Establish and drive business objectives aligned with the European strategic plan;
Implement projects aimed at improving customer experience;
Develop a robust training program for onboarding and continuous technical improvement;
Build strong partnerships with other departments to achieve business goals;
Take ownership for achieving performance indicators and improving team outcomes;
Review performance metrics, address gaps, and implement plans to achieve KPIs;
Identify improvement areas and provide feedback on processes, tools, and organizational performance;
Manage daily activities, ensuring workload balance, back-up planning, and timely task completion;
Ensure team work processes meet Emerson quality standards or take action to align them;
Organizational:
Enhance team efficiency by ensuring proper capacity, knowledge, and skills;
Define and implement development plans for employees based on business and individual needs;
Oversee onboarding of new hires and training plan implementation in collaboration with departments;
Foster a safe work environment to motivate employees and ensure high performance;
Manage administrative tasks, including timesheets, leave approvals, and adherence to internal procedures;
Lead recruitment efforts for new team members;
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback;
Communication:
Establish and maintain proactive, two-way communication with the team and stakeholders;
Organize regular team meetings to share updates on organizational, business, and functional performance;
Provide detailed updates on team performance and initiatives to leadership;
Implement a communication plan to ensure transparency and alignment across the team and leadership.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• A university degree;
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a business administration or customer-facing role;
• Prior experience in people management or continuous improvement (preferred);
• Proficiency in English;
