We are looking for an experienced Sales Analyst who will lead all aspects of preparing reports and summarizing data and who will assist in periodic analysis and key data preparation (monthly reviews, budgets) for the European Sales and Operations organization.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Assist in the timely completion of process and business reports for use in monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews and call for actions.
Assists the European Management team in reviewing business progress and supports in reaching the department objectives.
Work with European Sales Offices to ensure accuracy of reports and act as a mentor in helping them develop reports and specific analysis.
Communicate with European Sales and Operations management to explain monthly results and answer to ad-hoc queries.
Handle and maintain department analytical tools, processes and databases.
Ensure data integrity, explain and report on significant variances, as needed.
Active contribution to the improvement of reporting and planning processes and tools
Provide routine and ad-hoc analysis (technical and analytical support) as advised by management.
Support management with presentation materials.
For This Role You Will Need:
University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
3 years’ of proven work experience in a similar role (making reports and different analysis).
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English,
Flexible demeanor, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization,
Customer orientation and creativity.
Pro-active, capable of identifying and balancing priorities
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Oracle Hyperion knowledge.
PowerBI skills.
