We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team!

This role will give you the opportunity to build and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations, learn from our professional team. As a Customer Service Intern, you will guarantee a positive customer experience and assist customers at any stage of the order by pro-actively tackling any problems in a timely and accurate manner. You will ensure efficient collaboration with technical support and outside sales managing speedy and knowledgeable responses that solve customers’ problems, while applying company policies.

This is a limited position for 6 months.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania .

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Upon reception of Customers orders, identify the relevant products, clarify the prices from the system and the Customer Database and book the orders in the ERP system.

  • Check the lead-times provided by the plants, potentially obtain a shorter lead-time from the plants.

  • Follow-up of customer orders from order entry until delivery and invoicing of the goods including organization of transports worldwide.

  • Prioritize and implement scanning of all orders and relevant documentation.

  • Contacts with production units and marketing, quality, application engineering and logistics departments.

  • Allocate to relevant Sales Offices all requests coming on the Company’s eCommerce internet site.

  • Various administration tasks related to customer files.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Good mastering of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in international sales or Customer Service, logistics and/or transportation department.

  • Basic technical skills.
