Emerson HR Communications Analyst in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

The key focus of this role will be to work as part of the Global Enterprise IT HR Team to support our HR Projects, such as Employee Listening Programs, Global Recognition Program, Culture, Compensation Planning and Role Mapping, Talent Acquisition Processes, HR Systems updates, HR Website updates, and Organization Review data administration.

In this role you will:

  • Create and run effective communications throughout the organization using different media: Newsletters, internal Websites, Yammer and MS Teams channels;

  • Prepare project launch communication materials from newsletter design to PowerPoint presentations;

  • Develop site content for the various HR sites;

  • Track the Global Communication Plan and highlight discrepancies;

  • Help disseminate, analyze, and track information to support various dashboards, survey results, benefits updates, training opportunities, and organization classification and compensation updates;

  • Analyze data and recommend ways for Emerson managers to improve employee relations, job satisfaction, and morale based on various data sets, such as survey information, turnover data, market data, talent analytics;

  • Maintain HR scorecards for leaders in the organization that include analysis of results, as well as predictive indicators and modeling of future performance;

  • Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to HR and business leaders that enable them to achieve their goals, drive decision making and create new strategies where necessary;

  • Offer support on regional HR Operations processes (hiring, performance review, compensation, terminations) as needed;

  • Act as a global liaison for the Regional HR Leaders in disseminating Enterprise Level communications;

  • Execute and/or support global and regional high-priority, high-impact projects;

Who you are:

You prepare content for communication that is impactful. You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problem. You dig for root causes of a problem and look for patterns. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.

For this role you will need:

  • University degree in a related field (Business Administration, Information Technology) - demonstrable experience could be considered in lieu of studies;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, working with different internal communication channels for all organization levels;

  • Previous experience in working within a project team and/or managing HR projects;

  • Good knowledge of the MS Office Kit (Excel, PowerPoint) and other internal tools and data management systems (Oracle, Sharepoint);

  • Advanced English;

  • Good presentation skills, proven knowledge of building impactful internal communications;

Preferred qualifications to set you apart:

  • Proficiency in any other language is (especially Hungarian/French/German/Italian);

  • Previous experience in a matrix organization and/or international environment with multiple and diverse collaborators;

  • Experience in working with senior leadership would be considered an advantage;
