As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with detailed financial analysis and forecasting activities. You will provide analytical insight, strategic planning, and execution support to ensure profitable growth of the manufacturing activities and improve cash flow. This includes support in preparation for business reviews, POR (forecasts), quarterly, mid-year and budget reviews.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Supports monthly financial close and POR cycle process, as well as financial reviews and performance reporting in all aspects for Cluj manufacturing facility, in cooperation with the local finance and the BU HQ Finance team;

• Owns the Sales, Orders and Backlog advanced Flash reporting;

• Calculates and communicates to the counterparty Emerson entity the royalties owned for a group of products;

• Prepares the monthly Actuals reporting pack, containing Profit & Loss bridges and profitability comments, quarterly status of P&L, inventory, headcount, Capex, days payable outstanding;

• Prepares mix analysis and Profit & Loss reviews by product group, KOB, regions;

• Reviews periodically the average unit price and material cost per unit to use in the POR preparation and analysis;

• Provides audit support, including statutory transfer pricing file data preparation;

• Provides support, as required, in cost controlling activities, expenses allocations, projects financial performance reviews;

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Relevant university degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, in a manufacturing environment;

• Relevant accounting background US and/or RO Generally Accepted Accounting Principles knowledge;

• Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Power Point preferred)

• Strong financial savvy with demonstrated analytical ability; knowledge in manufacturing costing;

• Proactive, ethical, and hard-working individual ready to contribute to a dynamic environment;

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge of Oracle & Business Intelligence tools;

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills in support of organizational change;

• Flexible teammate with ability to work in cross-functional teams and across varying groups and interpersonal levels.
