Join our clients team, where they believe in providing exceptional facilities for our employees and customers alike. They pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all our facilities. We're seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure our buildings and equipment remain in optimal condition.

salary: $21 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 10 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas including corridors, lobbies, and recreational facilities.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from homeowners or property managers.

• Maintain the common area grounds, cleanliness.

• Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and other safety equipment.

• Report any safety hazards or violations to the appropriate authorities.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 4 hours at one time
