Job Title: Mechanical Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level mechanic with basic mechanical skills to join our team. You will be working on equipment in a non-temperature controlled environment. The equipment can be dirty and heavy after use in the field. Mechanical aptitude is a must, and the rest is trainable.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Perform maintenance and service tasks using hand tools
Assemble and disassemble components according to schematics
Handle framing, carpentry, and basic construction tasks
Work on trailers including mechanic work and electrical tasks
Provide field service and preventive maintenance
Install and repair systems according to blueprints
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude
Experience with hand tools
Troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
Experience with basic electrical and plumbing tasks
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in drywall, framing, and carpentry
Ability to use drills, screwdrivers, and other basic hand tools
Experience in building the interior of trailers
Basic knowledge of sheetrock and construction

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00
