Pinelake Church Administrative Assistant- Next Gen (Clinton Campus) in Clinton, Mississippi

SUMMARY

Provides administrative support to Next Gen Ministry Teams as needed to fulfill the overall goals and objectives of the ministry and Pinelake Church.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Clinton Campus and Pinelake Church.

  • Assists the Family Pastor and Ministry Team to work toward excellence in all areas of ministry.

  • Under the leadership of the Family Pastor, supports collaboration with the teams led by the Family Pastor, when needed, to promote teamwork and contribute to the overall mission and vision of Pinelake Church.

  • Basic personal responsibilities:

  • Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation, and practicing L3.

  • Maintain proper priorities in your home including your spouse and children (if married and/or with children).

  • Faithfully support the ministries of Pinelake by maintaining wise stewardship measures over the resources entrusted to you.

  • Maintain active participation in community.

  • Reflect a growing awareness and practice of personal Emotional Healthy Spirituality.

  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner to glorify Christ and further the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake Church (Colossians 3:23-24).

  • Value the 7 H's of our staff culture in their heart, home, and life (Humility, Honor, Honesty, Hunger, Holy Spirit, Health, and Harmony).

    SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors all Next Gen Ministries budgets including the compilation, tracking, and reporting of those budgets. This also includes maintain records of registration and payments for ministry events.

  • Responsibility for purchase orders and expense reports for the Next Gen ministries including ordering materials, curriculum, and other necessary resources.

  • Coordinates communications and updates to servant leaders, families, and students as directed by the Family Pastor.

  • Manages all aspects of calendaring including NextGen ministry leader calendars and ministry events.

  • Works in coordination with the Communications team regarding Pinelake Clinton's Next Gen requests. This includes design and construction of ministry publications as approved by Communications.

  • Works with the Next Gen Ministry Staff to monitor and carry out the plan for guest follow-up.

  • Regularly produces reports and presentations about attendance, baptism, etc. to Family Pastor.

  • Maintains Ministry filing systems. Performs other general office duties for the overall organization of the ministry.

  • Works in coordination with the Family Pastor to ensure oversight of servant leader compliance regarding the minor safety policy (Our House Promise).

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    May supervise and coordinate work with servant leaders.
