All workers should be physically able to meet and perform the work outlined in the contract for the entire period of time from 02/25/2025 to 12/15/2025. Workers will assist in the production of row crops. May also prepare barns and land, do maintenance of tools and equipment related to job. Worker should be able to bend, stoop and stand on their feet for long periods of time.The employer will furnish, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required in the performance of the specified work. Workers will be charged for any willful damage or loss of such tools and equipment. Diversified crops: corn, beans, wheat, hay & straw Workers may fill planters with seed from 50lb. Bags. Workers may operate equipment to prepare fields. Workers may spray crops for weeds and grass. Workers may apply water and fertilizers. Workers may restock trucks and equipment with seed bags. Workers may use equipment to prepare fields for planting. Other Related Duties: Workers may chop weeds from between plants with a hoe. Alternative Work: This could include workers preparing barns, preparing land for planting, draining fields, maintenance of tools and equipment, and other work that is directly related to crops and activities for which the worker was hired. Such work will be offered when climate or crop conditions preclude working in the primary activities stated above. Alternative work may only be required if the first week wage guarantee listed in 20 CFR 653.501 is invoked.
