CDPHP Medical Receptionist in Clifton Park, New York
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team in Clifton Park. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a medical office or related field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Experience with insurance verification and billing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify patient insurance and collect co-payments
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
