Express Employment Professionals Property Tax Analyst in Cleveland, Tennessee
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Property Tax Analystfor a localMortgage company in Maryville, TN.
Property TaxAnalyst Responsibilities:
- Utilizes Taxing Authority websites to retrieve tax bills and then audits the bill to ensure all tax projections are considered and set-up accurately
- Requests Tax Bills from customers and Taxing Authorities
- Inputs updated information for tax suppliers and address changes
- Review accounts for new county requirements and tax exemptions and update accordingly
- Handles new loan set-up with accurate tax projections in Tax Tracking and verifies the information in the escrow system
- Researches and processes Property Assessments on 3^rd^party websites
- Processes returned checks and mail
- Other duties as needed
Property Tax AnalystQualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions written and oral
- Ability to be flexible in your position
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Property Tax AnalystShift:
- Mon-Fri | 8A - 5P
- $17.50-$18.50/hr, depending on education.
- Full-time
