Description We are in search of a User Experience (UX) Designer for our team located in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall interaction between consumers and our product. As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product direction and user interfaces throughout the life cycle, from conception to completion. This contract employment opportunity offers the chance to specialize in ecommerce and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Marketing, within the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and modify our application User Interface/User Experience design by applying standard user-centered design principles.

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, prototypes, and clear user interface specifications.

• Develop User Experience design based on requirements and potential user needs to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to align with brand strategy and meet business goals.

• Conduct testing to gather feedback and insights, analyze data procedures, and iterate your designs based on this feedback.

• Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into elegant design solutions.

• Participate in agile scrum development cycles.

• Utilize design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc.

• Display exceptional analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities.

• Work in team settings as well as independently. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.

• Proficient in Adobe Flash.

• Experience with AB Testing is required.

• Should have a strong understanding and practical experience in CSS.

• Ability to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.

• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and their user interface design requirements.

• Must have experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.

• Experience in B2C Marketing, specifically in designing user interfaces for marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Must provide a portfolio demonstrating previous UX design work. Innovation starts with people.®
