Joining our team brings numerous perks, including: Complimentary parking for regular status caregivers Tuition reimbursement No on-call duties No weekend shifts Flexible scheduling options, including potential for 8 or 10-hour shifts Opportunities for training and reimbursement for relevant certifications Support for ongoing education and professional growth A Brief Overview Under the direction of the Transplant Institute (TI) Quality Manager, the Transplant Quality Coordinator is responsible for participating in the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality outcomes management program for the Transplant Institute What You Will Do Collect and review clinical and operational data, develop summary reports, charts, graphs, and trending outcomes, analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with quality manager and transplant team. Participate in the development, maintenance, and compliance of Transplant Institute policies and procedures to ensure adherence with all regulatory agency requirements including but not limited to ODH, OPTN/UNOS, DNV, ACHA. Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of transplant regulations and associated knowledge of clinical as well as outcomes research to promote regulatory compliance. Works together as an integrated team and maintains positive relationships with Transplant Institute team members as well as hospital system teams and resources. Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment. Displays commitment to the mission and values of the University Hospitals Health System. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
