As a Sr. Service Now Developer, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting innovative solutions and infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Service Now Developer

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $60 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Participate in the design, delivery, automation, and support of infrastructure services and solutions.

  • Build, maintain, and document infrastructure components for work assigned.

  • Actively work on the resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.

  • Embrace mentorship and training from senior engineers while sharing your own perspectives on processes and applicable trends.

  • Assist in testing and evaluating new and existing solutions and capabilities.

What's Needed?

  • Experience in infrastructure services and solutions.

  • Strong understanding of IT standards (e.g., information security, audit, compliance).

  • Ability to learn and follow operational best practices.

  • Proficiency in technical documentation and project artifacts.

  • Demonstrated interest in industry trends in banking and technology.
