Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Site Coordinator to join our team at Progressive Field in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed

• Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up

• Support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates

• Assist team members with their on-boarding, new hire paperwork, and badging

• Escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team

• Assist with check-in/check-out of team members

Qualifications

• Experience as a training administrator or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus

• No high school diploma or GED required
