If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team. KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, HR Business Advisor to join our Talent & Culture team. Responsibilities: Assist with the design, development, coordination and implementation of Audit U.S. Employee Experience and Talent Development programs and initiatives, including working with leaders, HR Business Advisors, and other stakeholders to execute day-to-day and program-related activities; provide ad hoc project support as needed Support the development of storyboarding and slide development to effectively translate findings to strategies and actionable recommendations for Audit as well as Talent and Culture leadership Aid the development of presentation materials for key leadership meetings Help with the planning, logistics as well as administration of employee council meetings and other employee experience strategies Build trusted relationships with Audit leaders, Talent and Culture leaders, as well as key stakeholders to collaborate and effectively execute on Audit U.S. Talent Strategy Transformation and Employee Experience and Talent Development initiatives and programs Qualifications: Minimum three years of recent work experience in Employee Experience and Culture, Organization Design, Talent Development and/or Talent Strategy Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; advanced degree from an accredited college/university in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Behavioral Economics, or related field preferred Previous internal or external consulting experience is highly preferred; exposure to business transformation initiatives and understanding of operating model design, organization design, business processes, and talent implications; prior project management/change enablement experience Demonstrated ability to support and manage HR and employee experience initiatives; ability to work with cross functional leaders to ensure effective implementation; experience working with business stakeholders through strategic HR initiatives within a matrixed, collaborative, fast-paced environment Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to "tell the story" with data; capability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and coordinate internal resources for the successful and timely execution of projects; effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and very strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel as needed KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
