In SAP data and analytics at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyse client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilisation of SAP data and analytics tools. Working in this area, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualisations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimise their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas: consulting, designing, implementing, and leading consulting engagements involving SAP Data and Analytics domain including:

  • Leading SAP Data & Analytics strategy or implementation projects across multiple business functions such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain,EAM, Engineering and Human Capital focusing on process, technology, and people enablement;

  • Providing thought leadership in advance analytics solutions, including predictive analytics, machine learning models, and artificial intelligence;

  • Proving technical acumen on various state-of-the-art SAP Analytics technologies with a focus on S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, Datasphere, HANA cloud, BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, HANA XS applications, Google/Azure/AWS Cloud technologies and visualization tools including SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, Web-Intelligence, Analysis for OLAP/Office, etc.;

  • Leading efforts to design robust, scalable, and secure hybrid architectures that leverage the strengths of each platform. This includes defining how data will flow between SAP systems and cloud services, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing performance;

  • Comparing and contrasting SAP Data or Analytics solutions and provide a point of view to help clients identify the capabilities to drive business value;

  • Driving industry best practices and quality assurance across projects involving SAP Master Data Migration/Management, SAP Data Governance, Planning and Consolidation, Data Warehousing;

  • Developing and executing on SAP Data or Analytics transformation roadmaps projects for clients including quantifiable value case and delivery estimates and planning;

  • Drivingwork to establish business requirements are met;

  • Utilizing effectively written, verbal, and presentation business communication skills when interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management in a professional services business environment, including articulating technical concepts to business stakeholders and driving development efforts with clients;

  • Creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner, and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;

  • Troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, solving software problems, mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and developing necessary product modifications to satisfy customer’s needs;

  • Conducting complex and interactive solutioning workshops;

  • Identify complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery, as well as networking in professional organizations;

  • Reinvesting in the SAP Technology Practice development efforts by building eminence around SAP Solutions and Offerings as a team leader; and,

  • Managing andmentoring a team of SAP analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
