CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS 1. Salesforce.com Assist in development, implementation, and daily operations of Salesforce.com across the related sales team. Work with the Business Unit CRM Manager on new adds, transfers, deactivations. Represent the interest of all user groups and understand how each user group interacts with the application. Assist in Salesforce.com training for assigned sales team. Communicate with the Sales Excellence Managers and Training Team regarding Salesforce initiatives. 2. Sales Rep Productivity Provide technical support of Salesforce.com used to measure Sales Rep effectiveness & performance. Assist in development, implementation, training, and daily operations of CRM across sales Team. Assist with establishing and tracking key metrics of sales organization and execution of monthly sales dashboards and quarterly review to each sales region. Implement key sales tools to reflect Rep Performance and to provide Division Management and Field Management a vehicle for coaching and measurement. Identify opportunities for technology applications for enhanced Rep Performance. Assist in maintaining a consistent Sales Rep on-boarding process as well as supporting training workshops for Sales reps. Support Salesforce user help mailbox. 3. IT Support / Planning Attend Salesforce core team meetings: Weekly Planning and Requirement clarification sessions, Weekly/biweekly Retrospectives, Quarterly Program Updates. Available to respond to daily emails, Project/Enhancement questions, Weekly testing signoff as needed from Development team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or otherbusiness-relatedfield At least one relevant sales internship or co-op experiences Leadership in extra-curricular activities/organizations Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication, relationship building and organizational skills Engagement and demonstrated use of Salesforce CRM Instructional design experience and proven track record of overall computer skills.
