The Sherwin-Williams Company Sales (CRM) Intern in Cleveland, Ohio
The CRM Effectiveness Intern, in conjunction with the Division Director, Manager and Assistant Manager, assists in delivering Sales functional support to the US and Canada Sales Team. The CRM Effectiveness Intern will have the opportunity to learn the sales process and support the sales team efforts to maintain customer data and market intelligence accuracy. This position will get the opportunity to engage our internal customers to understand business needs for the CRM platform. In additional this position will have the opportunity to analyze and provide customer insights and recommendations. Contribute to sales team success by supporting customer data and market intelligence accuracy within CRM Cleanse CRM data to ensure data integrity Input data while maintaining control of source documents Recognizes entry errors (both original and new entries) and corrects data Support CRM team in day to day tasks Incorporates principles of teamwork in the resolution, completion, and follow-up of responsibilities. Required: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future. Minimum 1 year office coordinator/administrative or customer service experience providing a wide variety of administrative and business support. Must have attention to detail, be proactive with problem solving, flexibility and creativity. Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in database management and record keeping Experience with Salesforce and Tableau. Competencies: Ability to read, interpret and verify data form multiple formats. Proven customer service and high impact communication skills Proven ability to partner with others and earn their trust to ensure meeting the team's goals. A history of building partnerships and leveraging both internal and external relationships to persuade others to act. Demonstrated ability to manage time and resources to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Ability to adhere to detailed instructions.
