PNC Operations Associate - Health Care Imaging in Cleveland, Ohio

As an Operations Associate in PNC’s Health Care Imaging Operations Group, you will be located remotely within the Cleveland, Ohio area and work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. Job training will be provided.

Administrative Job Duties include:

-Key alpha and numeric information daily via a computer from medical EOB’s (Explanation of Benefits) to the system.

-Strong data entry experience required such as 10 key adding skills.

-Strong attention to detail and good follow through.

-Ability to type for long period of time and meet deadlines.

-Ability to understand and balance Explain of Benefits (EOB’s) from health care providers.

-Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.

-Strong home internet is very helpful.

*Work Hours: Monday to Friday; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Ideal candidates will enjoy an active entry level position, have the ability to perform repetitive functions, meet deadlines, be detail-oriented and take direction and coaching in stride.

Job Description

  • Executes standard, scheduled transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for specialized product or functional area.

  • Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions.

  • Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.

  • Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Provides feedback on workflow and work received.

  • Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
