Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an MDM Manager for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. The MDM Manager is a member of Shared Data Platform IT group and will be directly managing 5-6 individuals consisting of developers, engineers, and analysts. The Manager will work within a cross-functional team to provide technical expertise in the requirements analysis and designing solutions, while simultaneously providing mentorship and training of other developers on processes and tools.

Additional responsibilities may include:

 Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.

 Improve existing support processes to make them more efficient, cost effective and simple.

 Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.

 Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration.

 Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation.

 Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability.

 Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.

 Create process flows, high level functional and detailed technical design specifications from business requirements.

 Provide customer support for business-critical application problems and issues.

 Assist with testing and deployment of Release Update Pack and other module upgrades to keep application release level current.

 Proactively work through service requests with vendor support as needed.

 Provide support to System Administrators relating to custom responsibilities, security profiles, menus, and user account provisioning.

 Partner with business analysts and application super users to successfully complete projects.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of professional IT experience

- 10+ years of professional IT experience, 4+ years of experience managing direct reports

- Strong understanding of Master Data Management

- Extensive experience with event streaming concepts and real-time data exchanges

- Understanding of cloud architecture and data architecture

o Data Storage, Data Quality, Data Hosting, Data Lending, Master Data Management

- Experience with Data Interfaces and Data Integrations

- Multi-Cloud Environment Background, specifically in Azure

- Self-starter mentality, execution mindset, and the ability to identify new problems - Oracle ERP implementation experience

- Oracle Integration Cloud experience

- Experience with Product Data Hub or Supplier Data Hub modules null
