Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Review and evaluate support tools and resources across multiple channels and platforms ensuring accuracy and maintaining consistency with the Brand's voice, tone, and language style. Engage and review content to ensure alignment with the Brand's voice, tone, and language, while preserving the original message and intent Assist the Marketing Communication Managers with the execution and analysis of key strategic programs that help grow the Automotive business & initiatives. Assist with the execution of integrated marketing communication plans that support annual marketing goals and objectives for Automotive business and segment initiatives. Potential Projects could be: Executing field communications and updating SharePoint documentation Supporting campaigns by managing all assets and creative needs Assisting with digital, editorial, and social content reviews Organizing association and tradeshow assets and needs Reporting out on project status and progress as well as KPIs Required: Availability to work Monday - Friday during summer months. Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week (3+ days) with flexibility based around school schedule Strong Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, Power Point) Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and Latin American Spanish Education Minimum high school education or equivalent Current college student pursing degree in Marketing or related field Current college student at the junior, senior or grad school level Preferred: Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred Expected graduation date of Winter 2024 or anytime 2025. Other Qualifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to learn new tasks, work independently and meet deadlines.
