Description We are in the process of recruiting a Manager for Network Operations. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, this role will be instrumental in leading our team in the technology industry. The successful candidate will be engaged in a myriad of tasks from managing network systems to handling client/server networks.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, connectivity, and security of network systems.

• Managing the infrastructure cabling, including structured telecommunications/network, fiber, coaxial, and broadcast, and other audio/video cabling.

• Supervising mechanical cooling systems used to cool Data Centers, MDFs, IDFs, etc.

• Overseeing electrical systems used Panels, Bus Bars, Disconnects, Transformers, Automatic Transfer Switch, Generators, etc.

• Working with software applications such as VMWare ESX, NSX, and Horizon, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL, IIS, SharePoint, Mimecast, WorkspaceOne, Sophos Antivirus Suite, Carbon Black, Attivo, Darktrace, ProtectWise.

• Handling storage related software and hardware related to, but not limited to: File, Block, Tape Storage, iSCSI, FCoE, FC, RAID Levels, Backup and Disaster Recovery.

• Managing LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies, specifically including: Spanning Tree, OSPF, BGP, WAN Acceleration, DNS, SNMPv1/2/3, Firewalls, VPN, VoIP, Wireless Systems, and redundant, and multi-site connectivity.

• Implementing and deploying PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS cloud technologies (IE: Box, Mimecast, Okta, Airwatch, and others.)

• Overseeing virtual environments running VMware and Microsoft software and components.

• Managing VoIP, Conference, and Call Center technologies.

• Handling software/hardware licensing and servicing agreements.

• Overseeing environmental equipment related to, but not limited to electrical, mechanical, space, and cabling.

• Adhering to data privacy practices and laws.

• Applying ITSM & ITIL and industry best practices for IT Service Delivery. Requirements • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Network Operations or a related field.

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Aruba.

• Demonstrable skills in Aruba Wireless.

• Familiarity with Network Architecture.

• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
