job summary:

For this contractor assignment, seeking a contractor to fulfill an IT Systems Analyst Lead level role. Having robust knowledge of the Beeline application is critical in supporting a large project to migrate our HR system and integrate it with the Beeline tool. This individual must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the Beeline tool, both technically and functionally.

This role requires a wide range of experience to support this application on a day-to-day basis for a large organization.

responsibilities:

Required skills:

• Level II Beeline Certification.

• In depth knowledge of the Beeline tool, both technically and functionally.

• Proven experience with integrations and APIs.

• Demonstrated user acceptance testing including the staging of data.

• Beeline security administration.

• Adhoc report creation.

• Experience importing and exporting data (i.e., rate cards, cost center, OUs, job titles, work location, etc.)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions.

• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.

• Organization skills with the ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously.

Preferred skills and experiences:

• Knowledge of Workday.
