University Hospitals Health System Imaging Service Engineer CMC in Cleveland, Ohio
Description A Brief Overview Maintains clinical equipment through the effective use of the Medical Equipment Management Plan. With limited supervision, inspects, repairs, maintains, and calibrates a broad range of diagnostic imaging equipment, devices, systems and instruments. Possesses the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a broad range of diagnostic imaging and/or therapeutic radiation inventory devices. Participates in on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
