Job Description We are looking for an HR Generalist who will support our North America Lifecycle Services Delivery and Commercial teams. The position interfaces with areas of Human Resources and across the enterprise to provide support for our employees and people managers. You will also help expand the HR presence throughout the organization to support culture change and other people initiatives. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) colleagues to bring value and support to the business through the delivery of our HR programs including employee development, performance management, coaching, corrective actions, team building, compliance programs, and early career recruitment. Provide feedback to HR leaders to assist their teams in delivering continuous improvement and consistency to all employees. Promote a positive and engaging work environment by creating open communications and help improve our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion CoEs priorities across the organization. Provide support for corporate programs, such as employee engagement survey participation, communication of results and action planning with leaders and their teams. Help deploy new HR tools and programs, such as the implementation new payroll providers, HR technology, compensation programs. Deliver HR training on behalf of COEs and HR Services to managers and employees. Support data collection and analysis for such things as investigations, legal reviews, EHS requirements, compensation guidance and decisions. Represent company in employee disputes. Assist managers in voluntary and involuntary termination processes. Support HR colleagues to ensure all local policies and procedures are up to date according to local legal requirements. Provide support for on-site audit/compliance reviews. Provide support to local managers on performance management to prevent employee disputes. This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree Legal authorization to work in the US is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Typically requires 5 years of broad, HR generalist experience PHR OR SPHR Certification Theoretical knowledge of HR processes including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, team building, employee development and facilitation.
