Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves providing technical assistance to staff members and managing hardware, software, and network issues in a detail oriented and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Address incoming help desk tickets via phone, email, and chat to provide prompt technical support.

• Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when required.

• Handle the setup and configuration of new workstations, devices, and software applications.

• Take responsibility for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of printers, peripherals, and other technology devices.

• Ensure timely application of system updates and patches to maintain a secure and functional environment.

• Document and track issues in the ticketing system, providing regular updates to users and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.

• Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including account setup and system configuration.

• Develop a knowledge base of solutions for common issues and provide training to end users on new systems or software. Requirements • Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Mac Computers

• Advanced knowledge of software and platforms

• Experience with Active Directory management and operations

• Ability to handle and resolve issues related to Apple Devices

• Understanding of Computer Hardware components and their functionality

• Expertise in Configuration Management to ensure system stability

• Capability to perform Break Fix tasks to restore system functionality

• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting Office 365

• Experience with Windows 10 operating system
