CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Employee Relations Support Primary Employee Relations contact for Global Supply Chain Employee Relations team members and HR teams to advise on workplace issues, disciplinary action and assessment of complex or sensitive employee relations cases. Lead Employee Relations contact for GSC Functional teams and R&D teams Ensure consistent outcomes of employee relations resolution across Global Supply Chain in accordance with federal, provincial, state and local laws and Company policies. Serve as the primary point of contact for Employee Relations team members in response to escalated HR-related questions and inquiries. Serve as a Division leader and liaison with Center of Excellence teams to respond to inquiries related to Global Supply Chain processes and procedures. Project Management & Compliance Support the Director of Employee Relations in creating and implementing effective programs to maintain compliance with the requirements of federal, provincial, state and local laws. Identify and execute updates to Global Supply Chain Policies and Procedures and ensure appropriate communication and education Support Affirmative Action Plan Quarterly reviews, monitor overall performance and recommend corrective measures as necessary Introduce and support new HR technology and/or practices Assist with special projects as assigned Employee Relations Learning & Development Partner with Global Supply Chainl Learning & Development to deliver training and skill building experiences to enhance the knowledge of the field HR teams in the area of Employee Relations. Support content development and execution of Employee Relations onboarding and ongoing training for Division Employee Relations team members, HRBPs and District Leadership. Create and maintain tools and processes to provide support to HRBPs related to compliance, policy and employee relations updates. Partner with Division ER contacts to standardize and streamline processes across the enterprise in partnership with Corporate ER. Provide Employee Relations updates to key stakeholders and ensure key content is updated on applicable SharePoint sites Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree or higher or at least four (4) years of work experience in human resources Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, or Business Management Have a Professional in Human Resources ("PHR"), Senior Professional in Human Resources ("SPHR"), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must have a bachelor's degree or higher or at least four (4) years of work experience in human resources Must have at least five (5) years of work experience in human resources Minimum of 1 year leading a team Must be willing to travel as required for this position Preferred: Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, or Business Management Have a Professional in Human Resources ("PHR"), Senior Professional in Human Resources ("SPHR"), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification Have 3+ years of experience leadi
