Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LifeBridge care and assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities. This role includes helping with activities of daily living (ADLs), fostering independence, and supporting personal goals. Your efforts will assist in meal preparation, providing transportation, and engaging in recreational activities, directly enhancing our client's quality of life. No job-related experience is necessary.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting each individual reach personal goals or growth- Help someone learn how to cook their favorite meal!
- Meal Preparations and shopping
- Transportation to community outings (Zoo, movies, grocery store, etc.)
- Meal Preparations and shopping
- Household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Health care and personnel hygiene

Requirements:
- 21 years or older.
- No job-related experience necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus .
- Caregiving experience is Preferred.
- Must successfully complete a background check
Schedule : FULL TIME / PART TIME
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Shift available :
- Night Shift
- Overnight Shift
- Day Shift
