Job Summary

We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team and support our IT operations in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will work an 8 AM – 4 PM EST shift, Monday – Friday.

An Intake Specialist’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive all devices inbound from schools.

• Maintain accurate records within our Asset Management system.

• Test functionality and check warranty status of each device.

• Configure/Reimage all usable devices suitable for inventory.

• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements.

• Ability to anticipate, plan, and prioritize for varying workload levels.

• Ability to work independently without supervision.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven work experience as an Intake Specialist or similar role

• Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and oral)

• Detail oriented

• Solution driven

Physical Demands:

• Sitting in a stationary position

• Ability to lift heavy object
