Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Database Analyst in the heart of Cleveland, Ohio. With a focus on the real estate sector, the Database Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and manipulating databases, particularly Yardi Voyager, to ensure seamless data transfer and accuracy. The role involves working in an office setting, where the successful candidate will be tasked with uploading lease information, training staff on Yardi Voyager, and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Upload lease information from Yardi to Yardi Voyager, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Act as a reference point for any Yardi Voyager training for staff, demonstrating proficiency in the software and a strong ability to communicate technical information.

• Perform regular data checks and updates to ensure all information in Yardi Voyager is up-to-date and accurate.

• Liaise with different teams to resolve any data discrepancies and ensure data integrity across all platforms.

• Use your expertise in database systems (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) and data warehousing to enhance and streamline existing data management processes.

• Utilize AB Testing and Backup Technologies for data safety and optimization.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all database structures, systems, and processes for reference and training purposes.

• Continuously monitor and analyze database performance and develop strategies for improvement.

• Provide technical support related to the database to other team members and stakeholders.

• Leverage your knowledge of Yardi Property Management in handling real estate databases and providing relevant solutions. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Database Management and Analysis

• Demonstrated experience with EO/IR systems is required

• Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is essential

• Must have hands-on experience with MySQL

• Should have experience with AB Testing

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies is required

• Must have knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts

• Demonstrated design skills are essential

• Must have experience in creating and managing Documentation

• Experience with Yardi, Yardi Voyager, Yardi Software, and Yardi Property Management is required

• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently

• Should have strong problem-solving skills

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
