Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is hiring for our growing eCommerce team at our East Cleveland warehouse.

As part of Goodwill's eCommerce operation, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of our donations. Our team supports Goodwill's mission of job skills training and employment services by identifying valuables and selling them online.

Essential Functions:

• Identify and evaluate items for sale on a digital medium. You will begin the shift by choosing a store to sort and bringing necessary containers, totes, and boxes to the workstation.

• Maximize value by properly researching , describing, and listing items.

• Write detailed, accurate , concise descriptions of the merchandise posted to a digital medium.

• Take clear, detailed, and aesthetically pleasing photographs of merchandise being posted to a digital medium.

• Quickly and accurately post items at a minimum rate specified by the eCommerce manager.

• Maintain accurate records of sold and posted items.

• Store, retrieve, and accurately catalog incoming and outgoing items .

• Interact with online patrons in a professional, manner via email, phone, or the customer's preferred method.

• Utilize computer systems to store and retrieve pictures and other department-related files.

• Other duties as assigned.
