This company is looking for a direct hire Accountant/Bookkeeper to join their team! They are seeking someone who has strong tenure, strong organizational skills, and is a team player. This is an on-site position with standard business hours.

What you will be doing everyday:

-Processing invoices and monitor AP reports

-Assisting with Accounts Receivable

-Payroll processing and pulling payroll reports

-401K administration

-Reviewing financial statements

-Review tax filings on a regular basis

-Answer all AP/AR questions

-Resolve discrepancies

-Process credit card statements

Requirements

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Experienced in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in sales tax filings

• Capable of performing Month End Close tasks

• Knowledgeable in Payroll processing

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.
