*Ohio Means Jobs - Cuyahoga County is sourcing Porter/Detailers for a local family-owned automobile service and collision repair center that is dedicated to providing the best possible working environment for its employees. *
Position Summary:
Detailer/Porters have leadership ability and are capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be reliable, show up on time, and come to work with a positive attitude. Good communication and attention to detail are a must.
Position Responsibilities:
· Wash cars before and after repairs
· Understand and follow instructions and workflow assigned
· Pull cars in and out of building every night while practicing safe driving
· Drive off site to shuttle vehicles when required
· General facility maintenance including sweeping the shop, grounds keeping, trash duties, etc.
Requirements:
· Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
· Willingness to learn and perform a wide range of tasks
· Excellent communication and the ability to get along with the rest of the team
· High school or equivalent (preferred)
· Detailing experience: 1 year (preferred)
