Location: Euclid - 22801 - Cleveland, OH, United States (US) Employment Status: Hourly Full-Time Function: Administration Req ID: 25048 PURPOSE: The Administrative Assistant performs administrative functions for the Maintenance Department. This position requires a person with good interpersonal skills who can interact and work professionally with others on a regular basis. The Administrative Assistant must also have good organization and computer skills. Reports directly to the department Operations Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Performs all tasks under limited supervision. * Enter purchase order requisitions into SAP for multiple departments * Handle all secretarial functions for the Operations Manager of the Maintenance Department * Enter Maintenance Labor Report data on a weekly basis * Maintain paperwork for Purchase Cards. * Manage all preventive maintenance work orders utilizing SAP * Enter and track all work orders for the Maintenance Department. * Compile confidential information for PDS programs * Manage Apriso data for hourly employees * Track attendance and vacations * Schedule training and track training attainment for the department * Manage the new employee checklist for new and existing employees coming into the department * Provide general office support for the front office workspace * Review, understand, and follow all Company specifications and procedures, and regulatory rules and requirements that are associated with the performance of this job. * Other duties as assigned by the department Manager. * Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. * Report any maintenance and/or safety issues to supervisor. * Review, understand, and follow all Company specifications and procedures, and regulatory rules and requirements that are associated with the performance of this job. * Other duties as assigned by the department Foreman. * Assumes additional responsibilites as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
